Adult Cupcakes!

A work friend is having a girls' weekend (jealous!) and asked if I could make cupcakes. She wanted something with alcohol. I made a chocolate cupcake with Guinness Stout, chocolate ganache filling with Bailey's Irish Cream, and Bailey's Irish Cream frosting. YUM! They were so tasty. I could definitely taste the alcohol; it was the perfect mix of sweet and alcohol.

I made these beautiful cupcakes for a bridal shower. Lemon cupcake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting and salted caramel cupcake with dulce de leche buttercream.
